When replacing the mechanism unit, Digital P.C.B. or both, the drive adjustment is required. Refer below for information.

Adjustment
When the unit is being manufactured in the factory, the drive adjustment value is initialized.
In the service mode, enter 4 digits password (4 5 3 6) after numeral keys (7& 1) are input on the remote control, then initialization
starts.
If password is entered by mistake, it will return to initial status in the service mode (SERV_).

The encryption between CPU & NAND-FLASH
The encryption processing is executed by this operation between BP4 IC and Nand-Flash IC.
Nand-Flash IC that executes the encryption cannot never be encrypted again with other BP4 IC.
When BP4 IC is exchanged, it is necessary to exchange Nand-Flash at the same time.
