8.20. Disassembly of CD Servo

• Refer to “Disassembly of CD Mechanism Unit”
Step 1 : Remove 3 screws.
Step 2 : Desolder pins of the Traverse Motor Unit.
Step 3 : Lift up the CD Servo P.C.B. and turn it over.

Step 3 : Lift up the CD Servo P.C.B. and turn it over.
Step 4 : Detach 16P FPC at the connector (CN7001) on the CD

Disassembling Procedures
Step 1 : Release the guide.
Step 2 : Push the traverse slide plate (rib), ensure both grooves
are opened.
