4-4. DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
Be sure to unplug the power to repair and replace
electric parts.
1) Disassembly of Back panel (joined
control panel) & PCB Assembly
Remove  two back panel fixing screws on the back
side.
Pull the back panel (joined control panel) to the
upside.
Disconnect the leads from the controller
Remove 6 screw from the back panel (joined
control panel)
Remove the PCB Assembly.
2) Disassembly of Power Cord, Inlet Valve
ASM, D.T Housing ASM and Pressure
Switch
Open lid assembly and disassemble detergent box.
Disassemble back panel (joined control panel) from
top cover.
Be sure to make earth connection for trouble
diagnosis and parts replacement. If impossible,
touch earth wire on the body to remove electric
deviation between the body and product before
work.

Disassemble the power cord.
Remove two inlet valve screws and pull up inlet valve from D.T
housing assembly.
Be careful that the silicon rubber of D.T housing assembly for
sealing is not missing.
Inlet valve assembly is disassembled by pulling out the lead wire
attached on inlet valve assembly.
To disassemble D.T housing assembly, loosen the three screws
tightened with the top cover and then pull the assembly back
slopped down.
Remove the Pressure Switch.
Fuse is located in the fuse holder.
For fuse replacement use the following rated fuse
* Rating of fuse
- 250V 8A fusing type for 220-240V product (time delay type) 
- 125V 12A fusing type for 100-127V product (time delay type)
3) Disassembly of Lid Assembly, Top Cover,
Tub Cover & Inner Tub
Remove Q-spring & two hinge pins then disassemble the lid
assembly
Remove two screw caps using a sharp tool and loosen the two
front special screws and the two fixing screws in the back side
and disassemble top cover from washing machine.
Remove tub cover fixing screws then disassemble 
the tub cover.
Remove the Inner tub cap asmebly with  “_” type driver.
Remove the hub fixing nut by a special tool.
Disassemble the inner tub.

4) Disassembly of Back Cover, Drain
Pump.  
Remove back cover fixing screws then disassemble
the back cover.
Disconnect the leads and the drain hose-p from the
drain pump.
Remove the pump fixing screws then disassemble
the drain pump.
5) Replacement of Damper asm
Separate top cover from washing machine.
As in the fig, lift snubber bar and take it out of out 
case with out tub.
Damper assembly shall not be disassembled.
Replace damper as assembly.
For assembly, keep the following.(Location & color)

6) Replacement of Rotor & Stator
Disassemble rotor nut with boxer(M18) or spaner.
In assembled, the force is over than 200kgf.cm)
Disassemble rotor, pull out the rotor as shown the
figure.
Disconnect the drain motor wire, loose fixing screw
and disassemble the water guide & drain motor.
Before disassemble stator, disconnect the hall
sensor and stator housing.
