Test Scenario
(1) Set TV in adj. mode using Power Only Key
(2) HDMI  1.4  Frame  Packing  3D  images  are  input  to  the  3D
Video Player
(3) Check the 3D Video Display.
(4) RF  emitter  signal  is  correctly  received  to  RF  receiver,  the
lamp of RF tester turn on
(Pattern  Generator  MSPG-3233,  HDMI  mode  NO.  371  ,
pattern No. 81)
11. GND and ESD Testing
V
Prepare GND and ESD Testing.
- Check the connection between set and power cord
(1) Operate GND and ESD auto-test.
(2) Fully  connected  (Between  set  and  power  cord)  set  enter
the Auto-test sequence.
(3) Connect D-Jack AV jack test equipment.
(4) Turn on Auto-controller(GWS103-4)
(5) Start Auto GND test.
(6) If its result is NG, then notice with buzzer.
(7) If its result is OK, then automatically it turns to ESD Test.
(8) Operate ESD test
(9) If its result is NG, then notice with buzzer.
(10) If its result is OK, then process next steps. Notice it with
Good lamp and STOPER Down.
(11) Check Items.
1) Test Voltage 
GND: 1.5KV/min at 100mA
Signal: 3KV/min at 100mA
2) Test time: just 1 second.
3) Test point
- GND test: Test  between  Power  cord  GND  and  Signal
cable metal GND.
- ESD test: Test  between  Power  cord  GND  and  Live
and neutral.
4) Leakage current: Set to 0.5mA(rms)
12. SW Download Guide.
* Put a *.bin to USB Stick and Turn on TV
(1) Put the USB Stick to the USB socket 
(2) Automatically detecting update file in USB Stick
* If your downloaded program version in USB Stick is Low,
it didn’t work. 
But  your  downloaded  version  is  High,  USB  data  is
automatically detecting.
(3) Show the message “Copying files from memory”
(4) Updating is staring. 
(5) Updating Completed, The TV will restart automatically.
After  turn  on  TV,  Please  press  ‘IN-STOP’  button  on  ADJ
Remote-control.
* IF  you  don’t  have  ADJ  R/C,  enter  ‘Factory  Reset’  in
OPTION MENU.
(6) When  TV  turn  on,  check  the  Updated  version  on
Product/Service Info. MENU.
* After downloading, have to adjust TOOL OPTION again.
