1.1.2
GB 4943.1-2011 applies to equipment for
use at altitudes not exceeding 5000m
above sea level, primarily in regions with
moderate or tropical climates.
Amend the third dashed paragraph of 1.1.2
as:
——equipment intended to be used in
vehicles, on board ships or aircraft, at
altitudes greater than 5000m;
Must be considered when
market to China.

1.4.5
After the third paragraph, add a paragraph:
If the equipment is intended for direct
connection to an AC mains supply, the
tolerances on RATED VOLTAGE shall be
taken as +10%,-10% unless a wider
tolerance is declared by the manufacturer.
The first dash paragraph"-the RATED
VOLTAGE is 230V single -phase or 400V
three-phase, in which case the tolerance
shall be taken as +10% and -10%" of IEC
60950-1:2005 is deleted in GB 4943.1-

1.7.1
Based on the AC mains supply of China, the
RATED VOLTAGE should be 220V (single
phase) or 380V (three-phases) for single
rated voltage, for RATED VOLTAGE
RANGE, it should cover 220V or 380V
(three-phases), for multiple RATED
VOLTAGES, one of them should be 220V
or 380V (three-phases) and set on 220V or
380V (three-phases) when manufactured.
And the RATED FREQUENCY or RATED
FREQUENCY RANGE should be 50Hz or
include 50Hz.

or 2.10.11, humidity conditioning is
conducted for 120 h in a cabinet or room
containing air with ambient temperature
40±2℃ and a relative humidity of
(93±3)%.During this conditioning the
component or subassembly is not
energized.
For equipment not to be operated at
tropical climatic conditions, Where required

where samples can be located, is
maintained within 2 °Cof any convenient
value between 20 °C and 30 °C such that
condensation does not occur.
Due to pretreatment of equipment operated
at highaltitude area is humidity conditioning
withstand hot shock, specific requirements
are to be considered.
