2.3. Description and Method of Exercising the EUT
The On Tour XTB is a Bluetooth Portable Loudspeaker. Its function is to provide audio
amplification from audio, USB or a Bluetooth paired device. The EUT was exercised by a Bluetooth
paired device transmitting a stream of MP3 file formatted audio music. If the music is disrupted as
indicated by a break in the music, or there is loss of functionality, this may be considered a failure
when the On Tour loudspeaker is device affected by test. The CD player providing Pink Noise was
used in the test when the power supply is primary expectation of fault as in Surge immunity testing,
Dips and Drop-Outs and Voltage Variations.
The EUT’s performance during test was evaluated against the performance criterion specified by
applicable test standards. Performance results are detailed in the test results section of this report.

2.4. Design Modifications for Compliance
The following design modifications were made to the EUT during testing.
