The apparatus under test is AV Surround Receiver of insulation class II. 
The apparatus has tuner circuit, Several Signal In/Out terminals (RCA, Optical, S-Video, HDMI) and  
speaker terminals (See also photos) 
 
The model, AVR 139/230 will have two different mains input rating as follows,  
- 220V~ 60Hz, or 
- 220-230V~ 50/60Hz. 
 
The 220V~ input rating apparatus is only to be marketed in Korea. 
The 220-230V~ input rating apparatus is only to be marketed in CENELEC countries and Singapore. 
 
 
The 220V input rating is within range of tested 220-230V mains inputs, and limited tests were performed.
