SECTION 3 - REPAIR INFORMATION
REPAIRING THE TV
If the latest Software does not correct the issue, complete the following:
1. Verify the television has the symptom the customer indicated.
2. Replace part causing the symptom.
3. Install the latest version of Software (Required for ALL repairs).
4. Perform the required service adjustments and checks.
5. Verify the repair resolved the issue.
REMOVING THE CAMERA MODULE AND
TABLE-TOP STAND
1.
Place TV in a standing position on a flat surface.
1. Locate and remove 1 screw and disconnect 1 connector from
the Camera Module to lift as shown and detach from TV.
2.
Place TV face down on a flat and soft surface.
Locate and remove the screws as shown to detach the Right
and Left Stand.
Locate and remove the screws as shown to detach the Right
and Left Stand.
REMOVING THE REAR COVER
1. Remove 1 screw from the AC, Cover and lift to detach, then disconnect
the connector and slide it left as shown.
2. Locate and remove all screws from the Rear Cover.

REPLACING THE MAIN BOARD AND TUNER BOARD
The Main Board and Tuner Board used in this model are available for
repair. For Part Number information refer to
repair. For Part Number information refer to
Section 4 - Exploded View/Part

1. Slide the Side Bracket as shown to detach from the Main Board.

2. Locate and disconnect all connectors. Then remove all screws from
the Main Board Plate to detach.

3. Locate the K2 Board and remove 2 screws, then lift as shown to detach.

4. Locate and remove 4 screws from the Tuner Board, release the clip and
lift as shown to detach.

3. Locate the Cover, Stand and lift as shown to remove from Rear Cover.

Locate and remove 2 screws from Reflector, SP to lift and detach.

5. Remove 1 screw from the Cover, Under and lift as shown to release
the clips and detach.

6. Lift the Rear Cover as shown to remove.

5. Locate and remove all screws from the Main Board, then lift as shown
to detach.
6. Install the new Main Board, K2 Board and/or Tuner Board, screws and
all connectors.
7. Update the Software.
After ALL repairs UPDATE the SOFTWARE to the latest version.

a. Insert the USB device with the latest Software into one of the TVs’
USB ports.
b. Connect TV to AC power.
c. Wait at least 20 seconds.
d. Press the Power button

Service Mode, turn TV ON and OFF again then press
the following buttons within 1 second of each other:
