2) Dress Wire Harness, A at 6 hooks on main bracket as shown.
3) Dress Conn Assy, 4P VH to 5 hooks as shown.
Note: Ensure Conn Assy, 4P VH overlaps Wire Harness, A, Conn Assy,
6P and Conn Assy, 9P

Dress Conn Assy, 4P VH at the hook on the main bracket
as shown.

Dress Conn Assy, 5P with the Pin lead coating, A3900 on
H1 PWB as shown.
Note: Keep wire away from primary circuit in H2 PWB.

CAUTION:
1. Do not overpull the wires during dressing

--> avoid disconnection of wires.

2. Make sure wires are kept away from sharp

edges, heatsinks & other high-temperature
parts.

1) Dress Conn Assy, 10P with Pin lead coating, A6606 on D PWB as shown.
2) Dress Conn Assy, 9P and Conn Assy, 10P+10P with purse lock dia. 9 as shown.
3) When insert Conn Assy, 10P+10P to CN4301, make sure is not overlap with Conn Assy, 10P+12P as shown.
Note: Ensure Conn Assy, 9P is underneath Conn Assy, 10P. Place the purse lock close to the connector, CN4302.

Dress Conn Assy, 8P and 11P with Pin lead coating,
A6804 on D PWB as shown
Note: Ensure all wires are kept away from primary area
Ensure Conn Assy, 10P and Conn Assy, 8P not touching
resistor in DL PWB.

Dress the H-Static wire to the hook.

1) Make sure Lead Assy, Speaker come out from the indication "R" on the speaker bracket for RIGHT speaker as shown.
2) Make sure Lead Assy, Speaker come out from the indication "L" on the speaker bracket for LEFT speaker as shown.

Install Right and Left speaker block assy to the beznet as shown
Note: Keep away the capacitor on Lead Assy, Speaker from touching the CRT surface

1) Earth Coating Assy is installed as shown

2) Install extension spring and coating earth assy as shown

1) Connect the Wire Harness, A to the speaker wire at both side then dress at the DGC Holder
2) Dress DGC Conn at the DGC holder as shown

Keep away the capacitor on Lead Assy,
Speaker from touching the CRT surface

Note: Solder Lead Assy, Earth to the Shield plate and BH1 shield case (A4305)
Ensure the Lead Assy, Earth is solder at the position as shown.

1) When mount to W004 and W005, ensure Conn Assy, 3P is underneath Wire Harness, C and Conn Assy, 4P.
2) Ensure Conn Assy, 3P follow the path as shown in the picture below.

Attach Ferrite Clamp (P/N: 1-469-969-31) to the AC Power Cord and hook at the stopper as shown.
Note: Ensure the final length (after attach the ferrite clamp) of the power cord is 200 +/- 5 mm.
Install AC Power Cord Holder at 290 +/- 5mm position then clamp the ferrite clamp at 50mm from AC Power Cord Holder
