A Release clips and disconnect 1 connector to detach HEM2 Board from Emitter Holder
B Release clips and disconnect 1 connector to detach HMS3 Board from LED Guide
C Lift up Frenel Lens to detach from HMS3 Board
D Release clips and disconnect 1 connector to detach HLR2 Board from LED Guide
D Release clips and disconnect 1 connector to detach HLR2 Board from LED Guide

G11/G12 (POWER SUPPLY) BOARD AND
BATV (MAIN) BOARD REMOVAL
NOTES:
Refer to
“Handling the LVDS FFC Connector” on page 3
to disconnect the LVDS Connector.
The Insulation Sheet (G11) and Sheet (BATV Metal Side) are not included with the LCD Panel and must be replaced
when replacing the LCD Panel.
A Release 2 clips to detach Side Bracket from BATV Board
B Remove 5 screws from BATV Board and disconnect 5 connectors from BATV Board
(Refer to
“Handling the LVDS FFC Connector” on page 3
instructions)
C Remove 5 screws and disconnect 5 connectors from G11 Board
D Remove 5 screws and disconnect 5 connectors from G12 Board
D Remove 5 screws and disconnect 5 connectors from G12 Board

PANEL BRACKETS AND LCD PANEL REMOVAL
NOTE:
The LCD Panel is securely attached to the Bezel using double-sided tape.

A Remove 7 screws from horizontal Panel Brackets (65VEG)
B Lift up 7 horizontal Panel Brackets (65VEG) to detach from Bezel top
C Remove 6 screws from vertical Panel Brackets (65VEG)

CLEANING THE LCD PANEL
CAUTION: When cleaning the TV, be sure to unplug the power cord to avoid any chance of electric shock.
Clean the cabinet of the TV with a dry soft cloth.
Wipe the LCD screen gently with a soft cloth.
Stubborn stains may be removed with a cloth slightly moistened with a solution of mild soap and warm water.
If using a chemically pretreated cloth, please follow the instruction provided on the package.
Never use strong solvents such as a thinner, alcohol or benzine for cleaning.
Periodic vacuuming of the ventilation openings is recommended to ensure to proper ventilation.
