Attachment of HIROSE MDF 61 connector

1. Insertion

(1) Hold the center 
of a connector

(2) Press the center of 
the connector to insert 
it

(3) Slide the 
slider to lock the 
connector

Lock 

2. Detachment 

(1) Slide the slider to 
release the slider lock

(2) Press the center 
lock tab to release 
the lock and pull the 
connector up

Detachment of HIROSE MDF61 connector

Unlock 

 locked  state

When replacing the MDF61 connector please ensure the wires are not crossed or twisted (See photos below).

When replacing the MDF61 connector ensure the harness does not bend more than 45 degrees from the direction of the connector base to
avoid crossing or twisting (See photos below).

Finally ensure the distance between  each wire is greater than 4mm as this assures isolation from the lamp voltage (See photo below).

*Specified standby power is reached after the TV finishes necessary internal processes.
