SECTION 4 - DISASSEMBLY/PART NUMBER INFORMATION
TABLE-TOP STAND AND REAR COVER REMOVAL
A Gently place LCD TV face down onto a soft cloth and remove 3 screws from the bottom of Table-Top Stand.
B To avoid damaging the AC Power Supply Cord, remove the screw from the AC Cover and disconnect the AC Power
Cord.
C Remove the remaining screws from the Rear Cover

CHASSIS ASSEMBLY REMOVAL
A Detach the Side Bracket from the A Board.
B Remove screws and disconnect connectors from A Board.
C Remove screws from Bottom Frame to detach from Bezel and Back Chassis.
D Remove screws and disconnect connectors from TCON Board (KDL-42EX440 Only).
E Disconnect connectors, then slide-out Left and Right Speakers.
F Remove screws and disconnect connectors from GL9/GL10 Board.
G Gently remove the Insulation Sheet from the Back Chassis.
