Service adjustments to this model can be performed using the
supplied remote Commander RM-ED001.
3.
Press ‘MENU’ on the remote commander to obtain the following
menu on the screen.
4.
Move to the Service icon using the up or down arrow button on
the remote commander
5.
Press the right arrow button to enter into the required menu item.
6.
Press the ‘Menu’ button on the Remote Commander to quit the
Service Mode when all adjustments have been completed.
Note :
After carrying out the service adjustments, to prevent the
customer accessing the ‘Service Menu’ switch the TV set OFF
and then ON.
1.
Turn on the power to the TV set and enter into the stand-by
mode.
2.
Press the following sequence of buttons on the Remote
Commander.
SECTION 3 
 SET-UP ADJUSTMENTS
3-1. How to enter Service Mode
3-2-1. Check AD (CCPX case) calibration
registration items.(Also see 3-2-1(a))
This adjustment is done using ECS.
1. Select AV1 and input PAL signal.
2. Change the TV Picture Mode to 1 (Custom).
3. Set the following registration items.

3. Input 0 IRE black full field with burst into AV3.

3-4. PANEL REPLACEMENT
When replacing the panel please readjust the W/B (See page 26) and
readjust the G2N voltages (See G2N board replacement below).
3-5. BOARD REPLACEMENT
3-5-1. P BOARD REPLACEMENT
When replacing the P board no adjustment is necessary just read the
serial number label and update with Unison.
3-5-2. BN BOARD REPLACEMENT
When replacing the BN board please readjust the W/B (See page 26)
and readjust the ADC (See page 25).
3-5-3. A5 BOARD REPLACEMENT
When replacing the A5 board please readjust the readjust the ADC
(See page 25).
3-5-4. G1 BOARD REPLACEMENT
When replacing the G1 board please readjust the PFC by using
RV6201 on the G1 board until the output is at 380V (Do not adjust
above this level).
3-5-5. G2N BOARD REPLACEMENT
When replacing the G2N board please readjust the VD and VS
voltages to the level specified  by the panel label found on the top left
hand side of the panel.
VD VOLTAGE - Normally 70V using RV6601
VS  VOLTAGE - Normally 190V using RV6801
NOTE:
As the G2N board arrives pre-adjusted it is hoped that readjustment is
rarely required.
NOTE:
As the G1 board arrives pre-adjusted it is hoped that readjustment is
rarely required.
