Self-diagnosis Function
If an error occurs in this unit, the self-diagnosis function starts working and a code consisting of one alphabet and a
four-digit number appears on the LCD. Classification of persons in charge, classification of faulty blocks, and details
of errors can be checked by referring to this indication of five alphanumeric characters in the self-diagnosis code table.
The history of past errors can be checked in “Usage and Diag record” on the DATA tab of the Adjust Manual.
The self-diagnosis function is also described in the operation manual.
