L2 BOARD
The L2 board contains LCC drive circuit (four corner coils and NS coil) and green convergence yoke drive circuit (HMC/VMC).
The corner LCC control voltage is supplied from the DAC (IC1602) mounted on the L2 board. This DAC is controlled by the micro
controller through the IIC bus.
The LCC_NS control voltage is supplied from the DSP (IC1101) mounted on the DA board.
The DSP is controlled by the micro controller through the IIC bus.
Respective reference voltages are generated from the output voltage of 5V regulator mounted on the L2 board through the resistance
division.

GENERAL
The N board comprises only the micro controller inputs and outputs and relevant peripheral applications.
The pin functional description of N board connector (CN1104 on D board) as viewed from the set is substitutable with the D board
circuit description, and here, the micro controller inputs and outputs in the N board are described.

FUNCTION
The micro controller controls mainly five functions:
(1) Power system control by I/O output
(2) Deflection circuit control by I/O output
(3) Control of IC's (OSD IC, Pre-AMP, DSP IC, and DAC IC on L2 board depending on the model) through IIC bus
(4) Direct circuit control by PWM output (G2 only)
(5) DDC communication
The information necessary for the above mentioned controls is taken through the bus, or A/D and I (input port) in the following list, and
processed by the software.
*For the detailed operational description, refer to the Software Specifications.
The following shows the pin assignment of the micro controller (IC1001).
