Chip-A for Universal Wrench: J-6082-609-1
Chip-B for Universal Wrench: J-6082-609-2
Use the universal wrench, after installing the lens (G1) to the front ball group lens block with the G1 stopper, apply the bond (B-10) to 2
locations of G1 stopper.

After assembling the front ball group lens block, perform the “4-3-2. Flange Back (f‘F) Adjustment” by moving the focus stop plate.

Adhesive bond(B-40): J-6082-614-A
Adhesive bond (LOCTITE 460) (Note)
Note:
Use adhesive bond (LOCTITE 460) or an equivalent article.
Don’t use what becomes white after drying like a quick-drying glue.
1.
After applying the bond (LOCTITE 460) to the back side of mount index, insert it in the specified hole of outer barrel and fix it.
2.
Apply the bond (B-40) to the tips of 3 screws shown in figure and tighten the screws.

Note:
After the flange back (f’F) adjustment, affix the focus scale plate.
1.
Set the focus ring to vicinity of infinity.
2.
Align the V groove of outside barrel with the “center of infinity” of the focus scale plate, and affix the polyester tape (black) 10mm.
Note:
Make sure the polyester tape (black) 10mm does not protrude out of white line of focus scale plate.

1.
Affix the rear light shield barrel to flexible set tape as shown in the figure.
2.
Affix the rear light shield barrel to main flexible unit as shown in the figure. (Based on the position of figure)
Note:
When handling the main flexible unit, take care static electricity.
3.
Apply the adhesive bind (B-60) to the instruction part as shown in the figure
Note:
Attach the tape (fixed auxiliary use) to the main flexible unit to the rear light shield barrel as illustrated, please wait until
stiffening at night.
4.
Apply the adhesive bond (B-40) to the tips of 3 screws shown in figure and tighten the screws.
5.
Attach the ground spring as shown in the figure.
6.
Attach the main flexible unit to the rear light shield barrel with with two screws as shown in the figure.
