LINE CHECK FOR UPD
When [
,] button on the remote commander is pressed, the 
message “START ?” is appears. If the [
] button of the remote 
commander is pressed, check is started. The signal path for 
update is checked without connecting to network.
When all the checking results are OK, this unit is rebooted 
about 2 minutes after.
When the checking results are NG, the NG factors are dis-
played.

BIAS  ALIGNMENT  ADJUSTMENT
Note: After 10 minutes or more have passed since the power supply was turned on, this adjustment is done.
Connection:

CN1561 (CN1611, CN1761, CN1861, CN4441, CN4491) pin 1, CN1561 (CN1761, CN1861) pin 3
CN1561 (CN1611, CN1761, CN1861, CN4441, CN4491) pin 2, CN1561 (CN1761, CN1861) pin 4
Note: Pin 3, 4 of CN1611, CN4441, CN4491 are open.
Procedure:
1.  Connect a digital voltmeter to the CN1561 (CN1611, CN1761, CN1861, CN4441, CN4491).
2. Press 
the 
[\/1] button to turn on the main power.
3.  Adjust the RV1501 (RV1551, RV1601, RV1701, RV1751, RV1801, RV1851, RV4421, RV4471) so that the digital voltmeter reading is 
5 mV to 20 mV. 
Note: Adjust for the digital voltmeter reading to become 5 mV as much as possible.

VIDEO  CALIBRATION  ADJUSTMENT
Adjustment to decide the standard of the video input signal.
Note: After replacing A-VIDEO board, perform this adjustment.
1. Adjustment 
jig
The color pattern generator that can output 100% in NTSC/PAL/
HD color bar signal to the component and the composite at the 
same time is necessary for the adjustment.
When there is no color pattern generator, it is possible to substitute 
it by the Blu-ray Disc player that can output the component termi-
nal and the video terminal at the same time (Substitution model 
name example: BDP-S350).
However, please do the following signal output confi rmation with 
the oscilloscope beforehand when substituting it with the Blu-ray 
Disc player.
