SECTION  3
TEST  MODE
Buttons and indicators position:
Rear of the unit
FIRMWARE  VERSION  AND  WIFI  MODULE  CHAN-
NEL  SETTING  DISPLAY  MODE
1. Firmware version display
It can check the fi rmware version.
Procedure:
1.  Touch the [?/1] button to turn the power on.
2.  While pressing the [WPS] button, touch the [VOL –] button.
3.  Touch the [AUDIO IN] → [    PAIRING] → [VOL –] button 
in order (in less than 3 seconds).
4. It 
enters 
the 
system 
fi rmware version display mode, the [?/1] 
indicator lights off and the [AUDIO IN] indicator blinks.

Button input settings under operation of fi rmware ver-

Touch the [AUDIO IN] button.

Touch the [NETWORK] button.

Touch two buttons of [    PAIRING] and [VOL +] simultaneously.

The major version in each fi rmware version display mode is 
displayed.
• 
Touch the [VOL –] button.
 
The minor version (upper) in each fi rmware version display 
mode is displayed.

Touch the [VOL +] button.
 
The minor version (lower) in each fi rmware version display 
mode is displayed.
Each fi rmware version is shown by the blinking frequency of the 
[?/1] indicator.

Example: When the version is “1.23”
When touching the [    PAIRING] button, the [?/1] indicator 
blinks 1 time (cycle of the 1 second).
When touching the [VOL –] button, the [?/1] indicator blinks 2 
times (cycle of the 1 second).
When touching the [VOL +] button, the [?/1] indicator blinks 3 
times (cycle of the 1 second).

2. WiFi module channel setting display
It can check the channel setting of the WiFi module.
Procedure:
1.  While entering the any fi rmware version display mode, touch 
the two buttons of [NETWORK] and [AUDIO IN] simultane-
ously.
2.  It enters the WiFi module channel setting display mode, the 
[NETWORK] and [LINK] indicators blink.

3.  When touching the [VOL +] button, channel setting of the 2.4 
GHz band is shown by the blinking (cycle of the 1 second) 
frequency of the [?/1] indicator.
4.  When touching the [VOL –] button, channel setting of the 5 
GHz band is shown by the blinking (cycle of the 1 second) 
frequency of the [?/1] indicator.

3. Releasing method
Touch the [?/1] button to turn the power off.
WIRELESS  LAN  RF  RECEPTION  LEVEL  DIS-
PLAY  MODE
It can check the RF reception level at the time of wireless LAN 
connection.
Necessary Equipment:
• Access point supporting WPS
Procedure:
1.  Touch the [?/1] button to turn the power on, and check that the 
[LINK] indicator lights off.
2.  Press and hold the [WPS] button for about 2 seconds until the 
beep sound occurs, the [LINK] indicator blinks in orange.
3.  Press the [WPS] button on the access point.
4.  Check that wireless LAN connection is completed and the 
[LINK] indicator lights up in orange.
5.  Touch and hold the [NETWORK] button until the beep sound 
occurs, enter the wireless LAN RF reception level display 
mode, and the reception level is shown by the blinking of func-
tion indicators.

Releasing method:

ALL  LED  LIGHTS  UP  MODE
It can check the all LED (indicator) lights up.
Procedure:
1.  Touch the [?/1] button to turn the power on.
2.  Touch the two buttons of [UPDATE] and [NETWORK] simul-
taneously.
Touch (UPDATE button is usually not displayed)
3.  Touch the [
 
 PAIRING] → [VOL –] → [VOL +] button in 
order (in less than 3 seconds).
4.  It enters the all LED lights up mode, all LED (indicator) lights 
up.
 
(Indicator with two or three colors lights up in orange, and 
indicator with fi ve colors lights up in white)
5.  Each time [UPDATE] button is touched, the color of [LINK] 
indicator repeatedly changes in following order.

Releasing method:
Touch the [?/1] button to turn the power off.
ALL  RESET  MODE
It can initialize the all information on the unit and reset all setting 
to the factory defaults.
Procedure:
1.  Touch the [?/1] button to turn the power on.
2.  Touch and hold the two buttons of [?/1] and [VOL –] simulta-
neously for four seconds.
3. The 
[?/1] indicator blinks and initialization is completed, then 
enters the standby state.
DEMO  MODE  A
It can operate the demonstration mode for the storefront exhibi-
tion. (AUDIO IN function)
Procedure:
1.  Touch the [?/1] button to turn the power on.
2.  Touch the each fi ve times [VOL +] →  [    PAIRING] → 
[VOL –] button in order (in less than 10 seconds).
3.  It enters the DEMO mode, and it is set to the AUDIO IN func-
tion and volume 41.
Releasing method:
Touch the each fi ve times [VOL +] → [    PAIRING] → [VOL 
–] button or [VOL +] → [USB-B] → [VOL –] button in order (in 
less than 10 seconds).
Note: When disconnecting the AC adaptor from the unit, it will be enter 
the standby state or power off state. But it cannot release the DEMO 
mode.
DEMO  MODE  B
It can operate the demonstration mode for the storefront exhibi-
tion. (USB-B function)
Procedure:
1.  Touch the [?/1] button to turn the power on.
2.  Touch the each fi ve times [VOL +] → [USB-B] → [VOL –] 
button in order (in less than 10 seconds).
3.  It enters the DEMO mode, and it is set to the USB-B function 
and volume 41.
Releasing method:
Touch the each fi ve times [VOL +] → [USB-B] → [VOL –] button 
or  [VOL +] → [    PAIRING] → [VOL –] button in order (in less 
than 10 seconds).
Note: When disconnecting the AC adaptor from the unit, it will be enter 
the standby state or power off state. But it cannot release the DEMO 
mode.
