CHAPTER 4.
REMOVING OF MAJOR PARTS
[1] REMOVING OF MAJOR PARTS
1. Remove the two lock screws from Top Cabinet.
2. Remove the three lock screws from Top Cabinet, and detach the Top Cabinet.
3. Remove the one lock screw from Front Panel, and remove the eight hanging parts from Bottom Chassis, and detach the Front Panel.
4. Remove the one lock screw, and detach the AVC PWB from the Front Panel.

5. Remove the DC Output PWB from Rear Panel.
6. Remove the lock screws, two hexagon shaft screws and one tuner nut from the Rear Panel, and detach the Rear Panel.
7. Remove the two lock screws, from the Rear Panel, and detach the Cooling Fan and Fan Angle.
8. Remove the five lock screws, and detach the Tuner Shield, Tuner PWB and Tuner Angle.
9. Remove the two lock screws from the Front PWB, and detach the Front PWB.
10.Remove the three lock screws from the Terminal PWB, and detach the Terminal PWB.

11.Remove the lock screws and two hexagon lock screws from Main PWB, and detach the Main PWB.
12.Remove the four lock screws from the Power PWB, and detach the Power PWB.
