REMOVING OF MAJOR PARTS
1. Removing of major Parts 60”
1.1. Remove the 4 lock screws

and detach the stand base R and L.
1.2.
Remove 1 lock screw

, and detach the AC Cord COVER and AC Cord.
1.3. Remove the 27 lock screws

and 1 lock screw and

and detach the Rear Cabinet.

Disconnect all the connectors from all the PWBs.

1.5. Remove the 10 lock screws ⑤ and detach the POWER and Sub-Power units.
1.6. Remove the BOTTOM COVER ⑥ (x2).
1.7. Remove the 4 lock screws ⑦ and detach the SPEAKERS (X2).
1.8. Remove the WOOFER ⑧.
1.9. Remove the 6 lock screws ⑨ and detach the PWB SHIELD.
1.10. Remove the 8 lock screws ⑩ and detach the VESA angles (x4).
1.11. Remove the 5 lock screws ⑪ and detach the HALF SHIELD.
1.12. Remove the 2 lock screws ⑫ and detach the KEY COVER and KEY unit.

1.13. Remove the 6 lock screws ⑬ and detach the RADI part and the T-CON UNIT.
1.14. Remove the 12 lock screws ⑭ and detach the STAND angles (x2).
1.15. Remove the 2 lock screws ⑮ and detach the BOTTOM REAR COVER the LED/RC and the WIFI BT units.
1.16. Remove the 4 lock screws ⑯ and detach the KS SP HOLDERS (X2).
1.17. Remove the FRONT DEC and the BASE COVER.
1.18. Remove the 6 lock screws ⑰ and detach the RADI for FRC and the FRC ADJ unit.
1.19. Detach the USB memory ⑱ from the Main unit.
1.20. Remove the 5 lock screws ⑲ and detach the Main unit and the TERMINAL ANGLES side and bottom.
