The Plockmatic MX-BM50 Booklet Maker is an inline finishing solution
for Sharp Production printers.

The modular design allows customers to choose only the modules
they need based on their applications.

It will deliver booklets at full engine speed for most applications*
using the full power of the engine

A face trimmer will help eliminating the shingle effect on the books
•
The square fold module will complete 120 page (30 sheet) booklets
with a square printable spine that gives the books the appearance of
a perfect bound book

Module Overview
Automatic paper format setup from the printer (MFP)
The Booklet maker receives paper size and media thickness information from the printer (MFP) and
sets up automatically. This means less operator involvement and reduced risk of human errors
Easy Docking/Undocking using the Rail option
Attachment and detachment: You can use all original features of the Sharp finisher such as corner/side
staple and punch within seconds. The operator switches Booklet Maker mode on/off on the printer
(MFP)
Soft Stop feature
The Booklet Maker can send Soft stop command to the printer (MFP) when needed, this makes the
system user friendly and avoids unnecessary paper jam clearance.
Optimum Engine productivity
The Booklet maker keeps the productivity of the printer (MFP) on most applications*
