Remove the vertical feed unit. (see A.)

Paper Height Sensors
Remove:
• Rear left cover. (see 2.)

[B] Clamp bracket (screw x 2)
[C] Paper height sensors (x 4) (Hooks x 2 each)
Paper Width Sensors
• Rear left cover. (see 2.)
[D] Paper width sensor unit (screw x 2, connector x 3)
[E] Paper width sensors (x 3) (Hooks x 2 each)
Remove:
• Rear left cover. (see 2.)
[A] Paper height sensor unit (screw x 2, connector x 4).
[B] Clamp bracket (screw x 2)
[C] Paper height sensors (x 4) (Hooks x 2 each)

10. Side registration adjustment

Normally the side registration of the image can be adjusted in the
SP mode.
If the punch hole positions are not aligned from a particular feed
station, however, you can manually adjust the side registration by
changing the tray cover position for that tray, and then adjust the
side registration of the image.

11. Image position board and sensor

• Disconnect the LCT from the copier.

Remove the interface harness plate (2 screws), and remove
the harness.

Install two heaters with two screws fro each of them.
Attach the clamp.

Install a new interface harness, and insert the connector into
the PWB.
Fix the earth wire of the heater harness with the accessory
washer screw.

Install the heater cover. (3 screws)

Install the rear cabinet, and fix it with the fixing screw.
Fix the harness
with the clamp.

Connect the heater
and the harness.
