K. Installation of the LCT heater kit
(1) Assembling of the LCT heater unit (2 set)
1)
Attach the LCT heater to the LCT heater mount plate, and fix
by the screw (M3 x 4 S-tight).
Attach the edge wire saddle and mini clamp to the desk heater
mount plate, and pass the LCT heater harness through it.

(2) Assembling of the desk heater unit (3 set)

Attach the desk heater to the heater heat sink, and fix by the
screw (M3 x 4 S-tight).

Attach the heater heat sink to the desk heater mount plate, and
fix by the screw (M3 x 4 S-tight). Attach the edge wire saddle
to the desk heater mount plate, and pass the desk heater har-

(3) Remove the paper feed tray
1)
Remove the screw, and remove the right cabinet.

While releasing lock of the paper feed tray bottom, pull out the
paper feed tray.

Remove the screws at the back side of the paper feed tray,
and remove the binding band and the earth wire. Disconnect
the connector.

4)
Remove the screws at the both sides of the paper feed tray,
and remove the paper feed tray from the slide rail.

(4) Attach the LCT heater unit and desk heater unit

Attach the mini clamp and step screw to the frame.
Put the LCT heater unit on the step screw and fix it with the
tight screw (M4 x 8 S-tight).

Affix the high temperature warning label onto the frame.
3)
Attach the mini clamp to the frame. Attach the desk heater unit,
and fix by the screw (M3 x 6 S-tight). Pass the desk heater har-
ness through the mini clamp.

(5) Remove the rear cabinet and left rear cabinet

Disconnect the power cord. Loosen the screws at the bottom

Remove the screw, and remove the left rear cabinet.
(6) Connect the harness

Attach the mini clamp and edge wire saddle to the frame.

Attach the dehumidifier heater switch to the frame. Connect
the LCT WH SW harness.

NOTE: Attach the switch to the frame; the switch terminal
must be in front frame direction.
3)
Connect the LCT heater harness 1. Pass the LCT heater har-
ness 1 through the wire saddle and mini clamp, and fix the
snap band.

Pass the LCT heater harness 1 through the edge wire saddle,

Fix the snap band, and connect the connector.

Connect the LCT heater harness 2.

Connect the connector, and fix the snap band.
8)
Connect the connector, and fix the snap band.
(7) Attach the left rear cabinet and rear cabinet
1)
Cut the switch part of the left rear cabinet.
2)
Attach the left rear cabinet, and fix by the screw.
3)
Attach the rear cabinet, and fix by the screw. Tighten the screw
at the bottom ends. Connect the power cord.
