We will now only programme these EEPROMS as a pair and they should be changed as
such. We will endeavour to return these to the requested address within a 7 working day
period of them being received at Stockley Park.
However, please note that some re-writes will have to be a factory task and therefore the
lead time could be up to 4 weeks.
In order to program these EEPROMs we will need an Escalated Technical case created on
the Sharp Support Portal (
https://support.sharp.co.uk
and following information
must
include :-
1.  Model of the machine
2.  Which PWB does the error relate to
3.  Error code including sub code (EG U2-30)
4.  How the error occurred – after swapping PWB’s/broken leg/original fault
5.  Attach a 22-06 report to the case if possible
6.  Photograph of the main serial number plate
7.  Address where the EEPROMs are to be returned to
Once this ticket has been created and you have an ID number please order both the PCU
and MFP EEPROMs (part number is in the PWB parts guide) and either send them to the
address below with the Ticket ID number so that the correct details can be identified.
