In Print from Network Folder mode, when folder path is entered directly, folder path/ user 
name/ password were all cleared if the connection to Network folder failed and the data 
had to be entered again when retrying.    To improve this situation, the modification has 
been made to maintain these information until the print from Network folder is completed.

If Home key is registered in Home Screen Settings on web page, registered Home key is 
not displayed if user authentication is enabled. This problem is corrected.

The modification is made to illuminate the key when pressing the key like software 
keyboard etc so that the users can easily recognize they have pressed the button.

When entering texts using the certain OSA application, the characters are overlapped if 
the characters are input from the external keyboard. This problem has been corrected.

Currently the fuser pressure release operation is performed in 90 seconds after the 
machine enters the ready state but the start time of fuser pressure release has been 
changed to 120 minutes to enhance the life of the pressure spring. 
*It is confirmed that no flat spot (unrecoverable deformation of the roller) is caused by 
this countermeasure.

Main unit control 

Fusing trouble is caused because of the adjustment to lower the fusing temperature 
when the detection temperature of the machine reaches 27-degree or higher.    For the 
countermeasure of this issue, the modification has been made not to perform this 
adjustment. 
 
Note) If the fusing temperature setting value of SIM43-1 is changed due to the action 
from T/R No. CCE-1229, please be sure to return the value to the default (0) for both 
Plain Paper/Recycled paper.

Though the setting range of the preheat mode is 1 – 60 minutes on Administrator 
Settings List, it is printed as 1 – 240 minutes. This problem has been corrected.

(eco-label for Germany). The check box for Auto power shut off mode is not displayed 
when this mode is enabled that machine enters Auto power shut off mode at any time.
