Menu Commands in Detail
This section of the document describes the commands available from the Main Menu
giving detailed information about each and how they relate to each other. Some of the
commands are reflected on the Popup Menus and where this is the case, the commands
will operate in the same way. Several of the commands will be enabled/disabled at
different times depending on the selection made on the interface. Where necessary,
examples will be given to assist in the explanation.
3.1
File
3.1.1
Exit
Will shut down Callisto prompting a dialog if any changes have been made to the settings.
There are three options buttons shown on the dialog and are Yes, No and Cancel. Yes will
save the changes and then close Callisto down. No will close Callisto without saving and
Cancel will clear the dialog and leaving Callisto running.
3.2
Reports
3.2.1
Detailed Reports
3.2.1.1 Detailed Input Queue Report
This produces detailed reports for each Input Queue, and shows all the users and jobs
printed by this input queue. When this option is clicked on, it shows a dialog box. This
gives the administrator the opportunity to filter the results of the report. The Sort Order
allows the report to be filtered on User, InQueue, OutQueue or Date. The Date Range
section specifies the reports should be produced between the two entered dates. The drop
down Input Queue menu allows the administrator to obtain detailed information regarding
a particular input queue.
3.2.1.2 Detailed Output Queue Report
This produces detailed reports for each Output Queue, and shows all the users and jobs
printed using by this Output queue. When this option is clicked on, it shows a dialog box.
This gives the administrator the opportunity to filter the results of the report. The Sort
Order allows the report to be filtered on User, InQueue, OutQueue or Date. The Date

This report shows all the jobs that each User has printed. When this option is clicked on, it
shows a dialog box. This gives the administrator the opportunity to filter the results of the

Summary Reports
3.2.2.1 Input Queue
This report summarizes the usage of  each Input Queue by each user
3.2.2.2 Output Queue
This report summarizes the usage of  each Output Queue by each user
3.2.2.3 User - Input Queue
This report summarizes all the User's usage of all the Input Queue. It shows how much
each user has used each input queue.
3.2.2.4 User - Output Queue
This report summarizes all the User's usage of all the Output Queue. It shows how much
each user has used each Output queue.

Charts
3.2.3.1 Most Active Input Queue
The Most Active Input Queue Pie charts shows the Input Queues that are most active.
3.2.3.2 Most Active Output Queue
The Most Active Output Queue Pie charts shows the Output Queues that have been used
the most
3.2.3.3 Most Active Users
This  pie chart shows the user printing the most jobs.

Custom Reports
This options allows the administrator to create customised reports.

Accounts
3.3.1
Sync Domain
This command allows the administrator to get all the users within the domain and sets their
initial balance. If the include email address option is checked then the email addresses for e
of the users are extracted into the database. If the purge non domain users option is selected
then the Users removed from the domain  are removed from the database. The Cut-Off date
indicates to remove all Users before from the database who are removed from the domain
before this particular date.
The automatic update fields in the form, specifies if the User's balances are to be adjusted
regularly.  Here, an administrator can set for all the User accounts to be updated or reset at
particular time. This can be scheduled to run daily, weekly or monthly.
3.3.1.1 Initial Balance
This sets the initial balance each user will have.
3.3.1.2 Include email address
If this is selected then this  includes the email address of the user into the database.
3.3.1.3 Cut-Off Date
This removes all Users before from the database who are removed from the domain before
this particular date. For example if a User is removed from a domain, then their
information will stay in the database. If a cut-off date is set it removes the user and job
history.
3.3.1.4 Purge Non-Domain Users
When this is selected, it allows the Cut-off date to be set.
