10. Select “Tab Separated Values” and press “Next” (It does not matter whether you
select DOS or Windows)
11. Specify a file to save the data in. This will be your import file for EIU. Press
Next.

12. Press Finish on the last screen.
13. You are ready to proceed to Importing to the Network Scanner. You do not need
to have Outlook running for the remainder of the procedure. Go to page 10.

Generating an Import file from Excel
1. Launch Excel.
2. Create three headings in the first row, First Name, Last Name, E-mail Address

4. Save the file as a Tab-delimited Text file.
5. Press OK to confirm that you will only be saving the active sheet.
6. Press Yes to confirm that you will be saving without special features.
7. You are now ready to proceed to Importing to the Network Scanner. Go to page 10.
