10.  Type in the IP address of the copier in the Printer Name or IP Address field.  The Port Name 

field will fill in automatically.  Do not change this information.  Then Click Next.

11. Select the Custom option and click on Settings 

 

 

12. In the Configure Standard TCP/IP Port Monitor in the LPR Settings, change the Queue Name 

to PORT1.  Click OK.

13. The Add Standard TCP/IP Printer Port Wizard window will reappear.  Click Next

 

 

 
 
 

14. Click Finish to complete adding the TCP/IP printer port.

The next step is to load the Sharp Print Driver.  Click Have Disk and insert the Sharp 
Windows Driver diskette into the floppy disk drive:

If the printer driver is on a floppy disc, click on OK, otherwise click on Browse to 
move to the ARPB2a CDRom or relevant directory where the printer driver files are 
stored.

In the screen shot below, I have browsed the hard disc and found the location of the 
PCL6 NT directory that contains the printer driver files listed below. Once you have 
found the appropriate files, click on the Open button.
