Is load on motor
shaft normal?
Is upper limit
sw on paper feed
UN turned on?
Is harness
connected properly?
Does motor rotate
even slightly?
Is motor
encoder sensor
output normal?
Replace fuse.
Check mechanical load
and driving system, and
remove any foreign matter.
Lower tray until upper
limit switch turns off.
Connect harness properly.
Check harness and if
necessary replace.
Is voltage
applied to motor
connector?
Check and if necessary
replace motor.
Check and if necessary
replace control PWB.
