■ PN-E601

1 ) Unscrew 8pcs of Screw (M3 x 6 (Silver)).  Remove the Speaker angle R and Speaker angle L.

n

Tighten the screw in the sequence of 

1, 2, 3,and 4.

n

Screw: 0.7 - 0.9N •m

2 ) Disconnect 4 connectors.  Unscrew 12pcs of Screw (M3 x 6s/sw (Silver)).  Slide the INVMAST board and INVSLAV board towards the center of

LCD module to remove them.

n

Slide and insert the INVMAST board and INVSLAV board into the lamp sockets.

n

After inserting the board, confirm that the relay harness connector is properly engaged.

n

■ PN-E521

1 ) Unscrew 4pcs of Screw (M3 x 6 (Silver)).  Remove the Speaker angle R .

n

Tighten the screw in the sequence of 

1, 2, 3,and 4.

n

Screw: 0.7 - 0.9N •m

2 ) Disconnect 2 connectors.  Unscrew 4pcs of Screw (M3 x 6s/sw (Silver)).  Slide the Inverter unit (L) and Inverter unit (S) towards the center of

LCD module to remove them.

n

Slide and insert the Inverter unit (L) and Inverter unit (S) into the lamp sockets.

n

Align the boss with the cut beside the screwing point.

n

After installing the inverter unit, form the relay harness so that it should be 3mm high or less from the connector's connecting point.

■ PN-E601

1 ) Remove 11pcs of Clamp.  Unscrew 10pcs of Screw (M4 x 6 (Silver)), and remove the Cabinet fixing plate UD and Cabinet fixing plate LR.

Unscrew 1pcs of Screw A (M4 x 6 (Silver)), unscrew 1pcs of Screw B (M3 x 6 (Silver)), and unscrew 1pcs of Screw D (M4 x 8 (Silver)).
Remove KEY cable protect sheet A, KEY cable protect sheet B ,and Key cable FPC. 

Unscrew 2pcs of Screw A (M3 x 6 (Silver)) and remove the C-PWB Cover.  Unscrew 6pcs of Screw B (M4 x 6 (Silver) ) and remove the Stand

fixing plate.

n

Beware of the orientation of the opening of Clamp, and turn it 90 degrees to fix.

n

Attach the Cabinet fixing plate UD/LR with the dowel engaged.

n

Confirm that the FPC is securely inserted to the C-PWB.

n

Do not slide the C-PWB Cover when it is in touch with the heat radiating sheet of C-PWB.  
(It may cause the heat radiating sheet to be peeled off.)

n

Make sure to insert the top of Stand fixing plate into the part D of LCD Module as shown above.  Make sure no displacement occurs.

n

Bend the Key Cable FPC along the marking to carry out wiring properly.

n

When wiring the Key Cable FPC on the Stand fixing plate, ensure that it is in close contact with the Stand fixing plate.

n

Screw A: 0.9 - 1.1N •m

n

Screw B: 0.7 - 0.9N •m

n

Screw C, Screw D: 0.9 - 1.1N •m

■ PN-E521

1 ) Remove 21pcs of Clamp.  Unscrew 10pcs of Screw A(M4 x  (Silver)), and remove the Cabinet fixing plate U,the Cabinet fixing plate UD ,and

Cabinet fixing plate LR. 
Unscrew 1pcs of Screw A (M4 x 6 (Silver)), unscrew 1pcs of Screw B (M3 x 6 (Silver)), and unscrew 1pcs of Screw D (M4 x 8 (Silver)).

Remove KEY cable protect sheet A, KEY cable protect sheet C ,and Key cable FPC.  

Unscrew 4pcs of Screw B (M3 x 6(Silver)) and remove the C-PWB Cover.  Unscrew 6pcs of Screw C (M4 x 6(Silver) ) and remove the Stand
fixing plate.

n
