■ Outline specifications
1-2. LCD UNIT
■ LCD module LK645D3LZ19
This module is an active matrix transmission-type LCD display module
which employs amorphous silicon thin film transistor (TFT: Thin Film
Transistor).
It is composed of the color TFT-LCD panel, the driver IC, the control cir-
cuit, the power circuit, the inverter circuit, and the backlight unit. For the
interface, the LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signaling) is used. By sup-
plying DC power of
×
 12V and
+
24V and the backlight power, this mod-
ule displays images and text in 16,777,216 colors on the panel of 1920
×
 RGB
×
1080 dot. The DC/AC inverter is also provided for driving the
lamp.
The backlight is of the direct radiation system employing 36 CCFT’s
(Cold Cathode Fluorescent Tubes).
Caution: When the brightness reaches 50% of the default value under
continuous lighting with controlled light (100%) at Ta
=
 25°C, it
is judged as the end of life.
1-3. I/F PWB 1
The I/F PWB 1 controls the temperature sensor, the remote controller,
the switch, the LED, the LCD display, and the inverter.
(1) Input/ Output signal
(2) Major component parts and functions
1-4. I/F PWB 2
The I/F PWB 2 controls the sound circuit.
(1) Input/Output signal
(2) Major component parts and functions
1-5. KEY PWB
The key PWB is provided with the remote controller light receiving sec-
tion, the switch, and the LED module.
1-6. SENSOR PWB
The sensor PWB monitors the set temperature with the thermistor. In
case of an abnormality, the red LED lights up and the machine enters
the power standby state.
