1. The quantity column shows the product quantities giving continuity with the Venta POS

In order to send free text from the HHT to the POS System for use with Kitchen Printing, it is
possible to use “Text” function products on the Venta+ screens
If a product is entered that has the “TEXT” flag set in the product file of Venta PRO then QWERTY
entry becomes possible.

After the text product has been selected a “Text Bar” appears along with the QWERTY keyboard.
Text can be entered and the OK button pressed. This data is then printed in the kitchen on the KP
preset.

In conjunction with Venta POS versions above 2.2.140 the additional message feature can be
used to send messages to the Venta+ handheld. Messages CANNOT be sent from the Handheld
Terminal.
When a message is received it could be for either a Server or the Handheld itself an indication
appears to alert the user there is an incoming message
