(Change to original Bulletin new memory board = UP-S02MB2M)
There has been a change in the type of RAM used on the ER-A770 and the UP3300.
The current PS-RAM has been discontinued and this will be replaced with S-RAM.
Because the Option Memory Board has to be the same type of RAM as the Main Model, there
Will be new model names for both Main Model and Option Memory.
Please be aware when using current stock items and new stock items
UP-P02MB2 will not be compatible with the New “M” Models and similarly the new
UP-S02MB2M will not be compatible with ER-A770/UP3300
The new models will be marked on the outer carton and on the serial Number plate, with the new
Model names.
The new models will be produced from November 2001.
Serial number example: 1804467Y the first digit represents the Year of production and the last digit
represents the month of production.
