(1) When this menu is selected, POS shows the message "SET A KEY (DEFINE)" to define CLERK key and waiting any key is set.
(2) If the CLERK key is set, POS shows below programming menu on screen.

Programmed code 4 digits(0000 to 9999)
Code 0000 is possible to program by use two CLERK key.
For example, ECR is contacted by CLERK key of No.1, and set code 0000.
After this, contact another CLERK key of No.2.
Then CLERK key code of No.1 can be programmed to 0000.

(4) If confirmation is OK, enter [TL]-key to register its key and clerk code.
If confirmation is NG, enter [CANCEL]-key to cancel the operation.
[NOTE]
Any data for clerk is not printed on printer.
In this job, the JOB header is only printed on journal printer.
If the key is set in the scene of a setting end, it sign on by the key.
If the key is not set, it is the 'NOT ASSGIEND' error.
If it is the error, please cancel the error and set a key.

The key data is deleted by selected clerk code.
But the sign on key data is not deleted.
