5-3 Loading Motor Control
To move the TRAYMECHA position, control the loading motor driver IC with the 2 control signal
output.
LOAD + Loading motor is running forward
LOAD – Loading motor is running in reverse
Output is made following the logic listed below:
Loading Running Forward
Loading Running in Reverse
Loading Halt
L
L
Loading Running Forward
H
L
Loading Running in Reverse
L
H
Loading Brake
H
H
However, the following high and low-speed modes are to be adopted in good command.
(1)  High-speed mode
Constant drive (Forward output is “H” while running forward.  Reverse output is “H” while
running in reverse.)
(2)  Low-speed mode
Execute output while setting rotation output (forward and reverse) and stop output as a pulse
condition, then rotate it under low-speed motor.
The pulse cycle is set to be 14m/sec for rotation output and 6m/sec for stop output.
5-4 Tray 1 Insert Action
While Tray 1 is “close”, start the Tray 1 discharge action via key operation.  Start the loading motor
with high-speed mode for reverse rotation, then change it to low-speed mode for reverse rotation
1.2 second after the detection of the rise of SW2A.  g:then, move it to the Tray 1 “open” position.
If the discharge action is not completed in 6 seconds, it stops once and begins reverse insert action.
5-5 Tray 1 Discharge Action
While Tray 1 is “open”, start the Tray 1 insert action via key operation or by detecting SW2B input
rise.  Start the loading motor with high-speed mode for forward rotation, then change it to low-
speed mode for forward rotation 1.2 second after the detection of the rise of SW2B.  Then, move
it to the Tray 1 “close” position.
If the insert action is not completed in 6 seconds, it stops once and begins reverse discharge action.

5-6 Tray 1 Reverse Action
(1) While Tray 1 is inserted, start the Tray 1 discharge action via operating keys.  After the Brake
Mode has been on for 150msec, start the loading motor in low-speed mode for reverse, then
move the tray to the Tray 1 “open” position.
(2) While Tray 1 is discharged, start Tray 1 insert action via operating keys.
After the Brake Mode has been on for 150msec., start the loading motor in low-speed forward
mode, then move the tray to the Tray 1 “close” position.
5-7 Tray 2 Insert Action
While Tray 2 is “open”, start the Tray 2 insert action via key operation or by detecting SW1B input
rise.  Start the loading motor with high-speed mode for reverse rotation, then change it to low-speed
mode for forward rotation 1.2 second after the detection of the rise of SW1B.  c:then, move it to
the Tray 2 “close” position.
If the insert action is not completed in 6 seconds, it stops once and begins reverse discharge action.
5-8 Tray 2 Discharge Action
While Tray 2 is “close”, start the Tray 2 discharge action via key operation.  Start the loading motor
with high-speed mode for forward rotation, then change it to low-speed mode for forward rotation
1.2 second after the detection of the rise of SW1A.  a:then, move it to the Tray 1 “open” position.
If the discharge action is not completed in 6 seconds, it stops once and begins reverse insert action.
5-9 Tray 2 Reverse Action
(1) While Tray 2 is inserted, start the Tray 2 discharge action via operating keys.  After the Brake
Mode has been on for 150msec, start the loading motor in low-speed mode for forward, a:then
move the tray to the Tray 2 “open” position.
(2) While Tray 2 is discharged, start Tray 2 insert action via operating keys.
After the Brake Mode has been on for 150msec., start the loading motor in low-speed reverse
mode, c:then move the tray to the Tray 2 “close” position.
5-10 PICKMECHA Moving Action from the Tray 1 to the Tray 2
side
With Tray 2 “closed” (or when PICKMECHA has finished moving from the Tray 2 side to the Tray
1 side), start the moving action of PICKMECHA from Tray 1 side to the Tray 2 side by key
operation.
Start the loading motor under high-speed mode.  After 1.2 second from detection of the rise in
SW1A input, set reverse low-speed mode, d: then move PICKMECHA to the end position from
the Tray 1 to the Tray 2 side.

5-11 PICKMECHA Moving Action from the Tray 2 to the Tray 1
side
With Tray 1 “closed” (or when PICKMECHA has finished moving from the Tray 1 side to the Tray
2 side), Start the moving action of PICKMECHA from Tray 2 side to the Tray 1 side by key
operation.
Start the loading motor under high-speed mode for forward.  After 1.2 second from detection of
the rise in SW2A input, set forward low-speed mode, g: then move PICKMECHA to the end
position from the Tray 2 to the Tray 1 side.
5-12 PICKMECHA Reverse Action
(1) While moving PICKMECHA from the Tray 1 to the Tray 2 side, start PICKMECHA
movement from the Tray 2 side to the Tray 1 side by key operation.  After Brake Mode has
been on for 150msec., start loading motor in low-speed forward mode, g: then move
PICKMECHA to the end position from the Tray 2 to the Tray 1 side.
(2) While moving PICKMECHA from the Tray 1 to the Tray 2 side, start PICKMECHA
movement from the Tray 2 side to the Tray 1 side by key operation.  After Brake Mode has
been on for 150msec., start loading motor in low-speed forward mode, d: then move
PICKMECHA to the end position from the Tray 2 to the Tray 1 side.
