DIS-5

 1.  Remove the screws and slide the USB Terminal Module block and then remove it from the hooks.

 2. Disconnect the connectors and remove the screws and then remove the USB Terminal Module.

1. Remove the USB Terminal Module. (Refer to step 1 to 2 in "2.5. Replacement of USB Terminal Module")

2. Disconnect the USB connector and remove the screw and then remove the Wire (A-WIFI).

• When replacing the Back Cover Assy (L), be sure to

replace the Adjustment Sheet at the same time.

• When repairing in an upright position the Display, please

remove the screws while holding the Back Cover by
hand to prevent the Back Cover from falling down.

• After attaching the Back Cover Assy (C), attach the Back

Cover Assy (L) and Back Cover Comp (R).

1. Remove the WI-FI Module (Dongle).

(Refer to “7.3. Replacement of WI-FI Module (Dongle)”)

2. Remove the screws and slide  the H1-Board block and

then remove it from the hooks.

3. Disconnect the connectors and remove the screws and

then remove the H1-Board.

1. Remove the H1-Board.

(Refer to steps 1 to 2 in “7.5. Replacement of H1-Board”)

2. Disconnect the USB connector and remove the screw

and then remove the Wire (A-WIFI).

1. Disconnect the connectors and remove the screws and

then remove the Slot Block (with DS-Board).

2. Turn over the Slot Block, and remove the screws and

then remove the DS-Board.

• When replacing the Back Cover Assy (L), be sure to

replace the Adjustment Sheet at the same time.

 1. Disconnect the connectors and remove the screws and then remove the Slot Block (with Function Slot Module).

 2. Turn over the Slot Block, and remove the screws and then remove the Function Slot Module.

Aluminum tape included with Function Slot Module for repeir. Be sure to stick the aluminum tape when replacing Function Slot 

Module.

• When replacing the Back Cover Assy (L), be sure to

• Aluminum tape included with DS-Board for repair. Be sure to

stick the aluminum tape when replacing DS-Board.

1. Remove the screws fixing the Terminal Bracket Assy and

2. Disconnect the connectors and remove the screws and

then remove the A-Board (with shield and Fan).

3. Remove the shield (with Fan) from A-Board.

• The shield is not attached to A-Board for repair. Please be sure to remove a shield from A-Board and reuse it.

• When attaching a shield to A-Board, please check whether it is correctly inserted in all the shield clips.

*  When the shield is not correctly inserted in all the shield clips, fitting of Terminal Bracket Assy and the hexagon screw of a 

DVI terminal worsens, and it may be unable to attach a hexagon screw.

• When replacing the A-Board, please be sure to restick a Heat Sheet on the original position.

1. Remove the screws fixing the HX PCB Fixing Metal and

A-Board and then remove the HX PCB Fixing Metal.

2. Disconnect the connectors and remove the screws and

then remove the A-Board (with shield and Fan).

3. Remove the shield (with Fan) from A-Board.

• The shield is not attached to A-Board for repair.

Please be sure to remove a shield from A-Board and reuse
it.

• When attaching a shield to A-Board, please check whether it

is correctly inserted in all the shield clips.
* When the shield is not correctly inserted in all the shield
clips, fitting of HX PCB Fixing Metal and the hexagon screw
of a DVI terminal worsens, and it may be unable to attach a
hexagon screw.

• When replacing the A-Board, please be sure to restick a

Heat Sheet on the original position.
