SECTION 2 DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURES

2.1. Preparations
• When you exchange modules or board, in order to make it discharge from an electrolytic condenser, please wait for 1 minute
after the power supply end.
• To avoid damaging the LCD panel, lay out a soft cloth or towel, and turn the front of the unit down, and lay down so that the
entire monitor rides on a table completely.
Note:When local pressure is surppressed, Mura of the picture image may be seen. In this case ,please carry out aging by
burn in mode. (Refer to INF.7 in the SECTION 1)
Precautions when replacing each component
• When you replace each component, please be sure to carry out following procedure as below.
• Be careful not to overtighten the screws when replacing each module.
• Please remove a clamper and a wire processing tape if needed in the repair.

7.3. Replacement of WI-FI Module
(Dongle)
1. Remove the screw and then remove the WI-FI Module
(Dongle).

2.3. Rear cover removal
1. Remove screw S9, and remove the cover(Ref. No.9) and disconnect cable before removing
the rear cover(Ref. No.6).
2. Remove 4 screws S4 and remove the handles(Ref. No.14).
3. Remove 2 screws S9 and remove the BKT cover(Ref. No.10).

2.3. A module removal
1. Disconnect 7 connectors on the A module.
Note: Pay attention not to tear off the cable from the connector.
2. Remove 3 screws S5 .
3. Remove 8 screws S6 and remove the A module (Ref.No.18).

2.4. P module removal
1. Disconnect 3 connectors on the P module.
Note: Pay attention not to tear off the cable from the connector.
2. Remove 6 screws S6 and remove the P module (Ref.No.17).

2.5. Connector module removal
1. Disconnect the connectors on the connector module.
Note: Pay attention not to tear off the cable from the connector.
2. Remove 4 screws S6 and remove the connector module (Ref.No.20).
