When this unit is connected to USB connector of PC, the power from USB (VBUS) is regulated by IC4 to output 3.2 V. The 3.2 V
is input to IC3 (VCC), and the IC3 detects USB connection. Then the connection confirmation signal is output to the PC via IC3.
Thus the connection will be completed.
Communication data is received or sent through D+ and D-.
