4.2.2.
Power Supply Circuit
The power is supplied to the DECT BBIC, RF Module, EEPROM Flash memory and Camera module as shown in Fig.101. The
power supply is as follows;
• DECT BBIC (IC1):
JK101 (+6.5V)
→ CN1 → CN2 → IC3 → IC1
JK101 (+6.5V)
→ CN1 → CN2 → IC3 → Q1 → IC1
•  RF module (IC105):
JK101 (+6.5V)
→ IC104 → IC105
• EEPROM (IC2):
JK101 (+6.5V)
→ CN1 → CN2 → IC3 → IC2
• Flash memory (IC5):
JK101 (+6.5V)
→ CN1 → CN2 → IC3 → IC5
• Camera module:
JK101 (+6.5V)
→ CN1 → CN2 → IC3 → CN3 → CN5 → CN4 → camera module
The Reset signal generates IC4 (120 pin) and Q7 (Reset at 2.2 V).

Monitor SP
Monitor SP outputs a sound from a handset and a tone sound of the registration.
4.2.4.
Sending Signal
The voice signal from the microphone is input to BBIC (116, 117 pin).
4.2.5.
Camera Module
This Camera Module is integrated with Lens, C-MOS image sensor and Signal processing and JPEG Codec IC.
C-MOS image sensor is a sensor that converts the light (image) into the electric signals using the photoelectric conversion by
the semiconductor.
The photo entered into the C-MOS sensor through the lens is converted into the electric signal, and its exposure, gain and white
balance, etc. are adjusted in the signal processing part and converted to the JPEG data. Then the signal is sent to IC1 I
2
C data
(SLC, SDA).
Camera setting is controlled by IC1.
