2. Disassembly Instructions
Notes
・
Procedure of disassembly is the same as the base model PT-RZ470.
Please refer to Section 2 in the service manual for PT-RZ470/RW430 (No.VED1302461CE).
・
Please refer to the following for the disassembly procedure of the lens unit.
Attention
・
Before Disassembly the projector, turn off the POWER switch and disconnect the power plug from the wall outlet.
・
During the disassemble work, please wear gloves to protect your hands from metal parts and shield plate.
・
When tore off sticky tapes and sponges, please use a new thing without reusing it on the occasion of assembling.
2. 1. Removal of Lens Unit
1. Remove the top case.
2. While keep pressing the lens release button, turn the projection lens counterclockwise to the end and remove.
3. Attaching the lens unit
1) Align the projection lens guide to the guide groove of main body and insert to the end.
2) Turn the projection lens clockwise until it clicks.
