2. Symptom: 

 

  If the strength of the spring hook section of the stapler needle fixing lever decreases due 

to rust inhibitor applied to the spring, the hook section may break due to spring loads. 
If the spring hook section breaks, the exchange message of the stapler needle may be 
unable to be released.

3. Description: 

 

  We have changed the material of the needle fixing lever and increased the margin for 

influence of the rust inhibitor applied to the stapler. We have also increased the margin for 
spring loads by changing two shapes (adding R to two places).
