3. Service Mode
This projector has Service Mode in addition to standard on-screen menus (User Mode).
This mode enables some menu settings for the service operation.
3. 1. Setting to Service Mode
1.   Press the [MENU] button on the control panel of the projector or on the remote controller to display the main menu on the 
screen.
2. Select a sub menu "service password" of the main menu "projector setup" and press the [ENTER] button.
3. Input the password "1565" by remote controller and press the [ENTER] button.
4. Press the [MENU] button. "SERVICE MODE" (MAIN MENU) will be displayed.
3. 2. Resetting to User Mode
1. Press the [MENU] button on the control panel of the projector or on the remote controller to display the main menu.
2. Select a sub menu "service password" of the main menu "projector setup" and press the [ENTER] button.
3. Input the password "0000" by remote controller and press the [ENTER] button.
4. Press the [MENU] button. "USER MODE" (MAIN MENU) will be displayed.

* Function varies according to a version of the main microcomputer software.

"EXTRA OPTION" is added to the bottom of the main menu.

1. SELF CHECK
Self-diagnosing information Displays.
2. FLICKER ADJUST
• Perform the flicker adjustment
*  Please refer to SECTION 3 (Adjustments) for the procedure. This adjustment should be performed after replacing the LCD 
block or A-P.C. Board.
3. POWER OFF MESSAGE
• Setting of the shutter function with standby operation
- SHUTTER KEEP: When pushing the standby key while the shutter mode is on, the projector keeps the shutter mode on
and sets into standby mode.
- SHUTTER OPEN: When pushing the standby key while the shutter mode is on, the projector opens the shutter and displays
the "Power OFF confirmation message". (Default setting)
4. CONVERGENCE
• When the ingredient of each R/G/B color deviation, revise it electrically.
  Specifically, please refer to chapter SECTION 3 (Adjustments)
5. MODEL
  This setting is necessary when the A-P.C. Board is replaced with new one.
   • If you can copy EEPROM data from old A-P.C. Board, this setting is unnecessary.
    • This model setting is effective after power restart.
6. CLOG SENSOR CALIBRATION
 • This is to calibrate the clog sensor circuit. This calibration is necessary when the [A]-P.C Board, EEPROM (IC1416) or
[M2]- P.C. Board is replaced. 
 • Refer to the chapter SECTION 3 (Adjustments) for the procedure.
7. WINDOW EDGE CALIBRATION (Factory use only)
  • This is to setup the Window Edge Correction function On or Off.
    - ON: Enable the Window Edge Correction (not memorized)
   - OFF: Disable the Window Edge Correction function stop (Default setting)
8. SGM (Factory use only)
  • To switch the LCD panel gamma characteristic
   - ON: Enable the SGM function
   - OFF: Disable the SGM function (Default setting)

(2) – MAIN: Main software version / NT: Network software
version
(3) – SUB: Sub software version / DIGITAL LINK: Digital

   (Sensor reading value/AD value/ Correction value)
