* The letters in the left of inspection items indicate the P.C. Boards related to their respective descriptions.
* Please check items with the interlock switch on. 
■ Power does not turn ON. ([POWER] LED does not light in red)
■ Lamp does not turn ON.

Check the connection of each connector
AC inlet - K9002, K9006B, K9301 - A15, K9302 - A17

Confirm the connection of each connector on A-P.C Board
and lamp.
Confirm the lamp fixing screws.

Disconnect the connectors [A15], [A17]. Check the 
short circuit between pins (5)-(8), (10)-(8), (14)-(15) of 
connector [A15], and pins (2)-(5) of connector [A17].
