7 Disassembly and Assembly Instructions
7.1.
Disassembly Instructions
1. Remove the five screws (A), and remove the Bottom Cabinet.
2. Remove the Solder on Cable of the Main Board by the Soldering iron.
3. Remove the Main Board from the Top Cabinet.
3. Remove the Main Board from the Top Cabinet.

8.1.
Version Check and CSID Writing
8.1.1.
Required Equipment
1. (PC)Personal Computer with serial port (Windows 2000/98 or previous version)
2. Power supply adaptor (PSZZ1TDA0142)
3. Service JIG cable (PSZZ2CA155EU)
4. AC Adaptor (KX-TCA1) or Battery Box (PSZZTD142CE)
5. TEL cord (PSJA1017Z)
2. Power supply adaptor (PSZZ1TDA0142)
3. Service JIG cable (PSZZ2CA155EU)
4. AC Adaptor (KX-TCA1) or Battery Box (PSZZTD142CE)
5. TEL cord (PSJA1017Z)
8.1.2.
Preparation
1. Remove the under cabinet (Refer to 7. Disassembly and Assembly Instructions)
2. Remove 2 antennas from CN104 and CN105 (Refer to 7. Disassembly and Assembly Instructions)
3. Remove the P.C.B from the upper cabinet (Refer to 7. Disassembly and Assembly Instructions)
4. Connect PC to the CS by service JIG cable
5. Start up the PC and start the hyperterminal
6. Set the hyperterminal property as follows

4. Connect PC to the CS by service JIG cable

7. Set DIP switch pin 2 to 6 from OFF to ON.
8. Supply a voltage to the TEL jack from the AC adaptor (KX-TCA1) via power supply adaptor (PSZZ1TDA0142)

CSID Information Check
CSID is stored in flash ROM.
CSID is consist of 5 bytes of data.
The structure of CSID information is as follows.

CSID Information Writing
If the incorrect CSID is set due to the flash ROM replacement, the correct CSID information needs to be set in accordance with the
configuration of CSID typed on the label of cabinet cover.

Note:
Make sure to set all DIP switches OFF after Version check and CSID writing.
