7.2. Cleaning and others
7.2.1. Cleaning Screen
Gently wipe the screen with a water-dampened cloth that has been thoroughly wrung.
Note:
1. Use a neutral kitchen cleaner diluted with water for hard-to-clean stains. (If you accidentally write on the screen
with an oil-based marker, wipe with a small amount of ethyl alcohol.)
2. Do not use thinner, benzene, or cleaners containing abrasives as this may result in discoloration.
3. Do not wipe the screen with a dry cloth as this may generate a static charge.

7.2.2. Caring for the Eraser
When it becomes difficult for the Eraser to clear drawing on the screen, peel the dirty sheet off in the direction of the arrow, holding

7.2.3. Cleaning the Pick-up Roller and Platen Roller
(1) Push down the Printer Open Lever to open the Printer Door.
(2) Remove the Thermal Transfer Film with both hands.

(3) Remove all the jammed paper. (Only when “J” is indicated
on the “Multi-copy / Error Indicator”)
(4) Wipe off the surface of the Pick-up Roller and Platen Roller
all the way around them from one end to the other with a
soft cloth dipped in neutral kitchen cleaner diluted with
water.

If this is not effective, wipe with a cloth dipped in sterilizing

(5) Attach the Thermal Transfer Film in its default position (See
Sec.4.5), and close the Printer Door until it clicks into place.

7.2.4. Cleaning Thermal Head
(1) Push down the Printer Open Lever to open the Printer Door.
(2) Wipe the Thermal Head gently with a cotton swab, dipped
in ethyl alcohol.
Note:
Never touch the Thermal Head and / or its
surrounding with hands.
Otherwise, this may cause poor print quality.
(3) Close the Printer Door until it clicks into place.
