Power Box & Cover
(1) Remove the Shield Plates 1 to 4. (See 8.2.12.)
(2) Remove the 2 screws (a), 2 screws (b), and 2 connectors
(CN400, FAN Cable Connector) and then pull out the Power
Box in the direction of the arrow.

When pulling out Power Box, be sure not to damage the
FAN Cable Connector.

(3) Remove the 5 screws to release the Cover from the box.

POWER Board
(1) Remove the Power Box. (See 8.2.16.)
(2) Remove the 2 screws and pull out the FAN upward to
remove it from the Power Box.
(1) Remove the FAN. (See 8.2.17.)
(2) Remove 1 screw (a) with washer, and all connectors and 5
screws (b) on the POWER Board.
(3) Cut the binder and remove the AC inlet from the fitting to
release the POWER Board.

CIS (F) RELAY Board Cover
(1) Remove the Flatbed Glass. (See 8.2.10.)
(2) Slide the CIS Carriage to the right (away from the Hopper).
(3) Remove the 5 screws to release the CIS (F) RELAY Board

(4) Lift the CIS (F) RELAY Board Cover upwards to remove it.

(1) Remove the CIS (F) RELAY Board Cover. (See 8.2.19.)
(2) Remove the 4 screws and 4 connectors to release the CIS
(F) with CIS (F) RELAY Board from the CIS Carriage.
Note: Treating the Flat-cables connected to the CIS (F)

Be sure to get the 2 Flat-cables through the slit of the
Cores before connecting them to the CIS (F) RELAY
Board.

(3) Remove the CIS (F) while releasing the 2 Holders on the
CIS (F) RELAY Board in the direction of the arrows.
