When does the thermostat operate easily?

With cooking for a long time (gratin, baked potato, foiled grill)

With continuous cooking as the thermostat is controlled by the temperature inside the oven, it
operates at the time of cooking as shown above.

2.  

Where is the thermostat installed?

The thermostat is installed at the rear of the right wall in the oven as seen from the front.

What is the merit of the thermostat?

The built-in thermostat prevents the temperature inside the oven from becoming too high and
increases the safety.

The cooking performance for gratin and other food requiring heating for a long time is improved
in comparison to products without a thermostat. (Comparison by our company) Heating of only the

surface, with the side still cold, is prevented. (Theresult differs according to the type and quantity
of the food.)

In case of continuous toasting of bread, better results are obtained when the door is opened for
some time to lower the temperature in the oven.
