2 Disassembly Instruction
2.1.
General Disassembly Flowchart
Remove the Power Cord, Line Cable,
Handset and Recording Paper Tray.
Remove the bottom plate.

Remove the TX Frame.
Replace the ADF separator
Rubber.
Clean the ADF, Feed Roller.
Adjust the ADF pressure.
Open the Control Panel Cover.
Remove the Feed Roller Assy.
Remove the Top Cover.
Remove the Power Supply
Unit.
Remove the NCU PCB Assy.

Remove the Tx Motor,
ADF Roller.
Remove the ASF Unit.

Cord (9007).
(4) Remove Recording Paper Tray (6016).
(5) Three Screws (19).
(6) Five Screws (F9).
(7) Remove bottom plate (6015).
(8) Two Screw(1Y).
(9) Remove NCU PCB (6013).
(10) Remove four connectors.
