HOW TO BACKUP/RESTORE THE SETUP DATA

Click on the "Get from SX150(A)" button (
),
then the "Get a Configuration Data from SX150(A)"
window will open as shown in Fig. 1-3.

Click on the "OK" button, then the setup data will be
stored into the PC (as "backup_data.sdt" in this
example).

When transferring is completed, "Completed." message
will appear, then click on the "OK" button.

Terminate the Admin Console.
2. How to Restore the Setup Data

Following procedure will reset the setup data of the
WJ-SX150/WJ-SX150A to the factory default setting.
By this restration procedure, the passwords for operators
are also initialized.
There are two ways to restore the setup data.
A. Using the Admin Console

Start the Admin Console.

Click on the "File Open" button ( 
), then the "Select
Setup Data File" window will open as shown in Fig. 2-1.

Input a new file name ("factory_default" in this example)
in the file name input area, and click on the "Open"
button.
Then a new setup data file with the factory default setting
will be made in the PC.
1. How to Backup the Setup Data

Following procedure will store the setup data in the
WJ-SX150/WJ-SX150A into the PC.

Start the Admin Console.

Click on the "File Open" button ( 
), then the "Select
Setup Data File" window will open as shown in Fig. 1-1.

Input a new file name ("backup_data" in this example) in
the file name input area,  and click on the "Open" button.

Start the Admin Console.

Click on the "New" button ( 
), then the "Input file
name" window will open as shown in Fig. 1-2.

B. Using the Dip Switch on the Main Board

Confirm the power of the WJ-SX150/WJ-SX150A is off.

Set the Dip switch SW4 as shown in Fig. 2-4.

Turn on the power of the WJ-SX150/WJ-SX150A.

After three seconds or more have passed, turn of the
power.

Set the SW4 as shown in Fig. 2-5.

Click on the "OK" button, then the WJ-SX150/WJ-
SX150A will be initialized to the factory default setting.

ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE
1. Test Equipments Required

The following Test Equipments are required for
adjustment of the Matrix Switcher WJ-SX150/WJ-SX150A.

Frequency Counter

Digital Volt Meter
8
Ceramic Screwdriver
2. Disassembling Procedure for the
Adjustment

Referring to Fig. 2-1, remove eleven screws that secure
the Upper Cover and remove the Upper Cover.

Refer to the Location of Test Points and Adjusting
Controls on the page 2-6.
(1). Power Supply Voltage Adjustment
Test Point:
F1 (+5V)

Adjust:
VR1 (+5V)

Connect the Digital Voltmeter to the terminal of F1 at the
opposite side of CN15 as shown in Fig. 3-1.

Adjust VR1 to obtain +5.10 V 
V DC.

(2). Real Time Clock Frequency Adjustment
Test Point:
TP1 (RTC)

Connect the Frequency Counter to TP1.

Adjust CT1 so that the frequency at TP1 becomes
32 768.50 Hz ± 0.03 Hz.
(3). V-Sync Frequency Adjustment

TP901 (V-SYNC)

Connect the Frequency Counter to TP901.

Adjust CT901 so that the frequency at TP901 becomes
59.940 052 Hz ± 0.001 618 Hz (for NTSC Model) or
50.000 000 Hz ± 0.001 350 Hz (for PAL Model).

– 0.05
Remove eleven screws.
