Board Ass'y
?
Check each waveform of the Main Board (CN7).
Are the following waveforms output?
Yes   :  Replace the Main Board Ass'y.
No    :  If any waveform problem is found, check the camera.
CN7-10:FCK
CN7-12:HD
CN7-14:VD
No recognition
Are the irises enrolled?
Is the data enrolled by user registration?
Yes   :  Replace the Main Board Ass'y.
No    :  Enroll.
No sound
Refer to "When Enrollment/Recognition Becomes 
Invalid" in the Operating Instructions.
Isn't any problem found by referring to the Operating Instructions?
Yes   :  Replace the Main Board Ass'y.
No    :  Check and verify each item concerned.
Isn't the voice guidance set in mute mode by 
the administration software?
Is the camera correctly initialized by Environment Set >> Camera 
Initialize on the computer?
Yes   :   Replace the Main Board Ass'y.
No    :   Initialize the camera again.
Isn't the speaker connector disconnected?
Remove the rear cover and check that the speaker connector is 
correctly connected.
Yes   :  Replace the Main Board Ass'y.
No    :  If the connector is found not properly connected, correct
            its connection.
Isn't the speaker defective?
Is the speaker itself live?
Yes   :  Replace the Main Board Ass'y.
No    :  Replace the speaker.
